Every Viril Wood order is protected by a 180-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund every cent you paid, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team by email at support@buygoods.com or by phone at 302-200-3480 within 180 days of your original purchase.
- Include your order number, the name used to place the order, and a brief note about your experience (optional but helpful).
- Our team will send you return instructions and a return address.
- Ship all bottles back — even empty ones. We only ask that all bottles from the original order be returned.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 24-48 business hours.
What Is Refunded
The refund covers the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.

- Refund requests submitted after the 180-day window has passed
- Original shipping and handling charges
