Shipping Overview
All Viril Wood orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in the United States. Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Times
United States (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $9.99 for single-bottle orders. FREE on 6-bottle package.
- 3-bottle orders include free standard shipping.
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
International Orders
- Standard International Shipping (10-15 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on destination country and package weight.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We ship to most countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact support@buygoods.com.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of your order confirmation. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we cannot make address changes.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. The customer is responsible for re-shipment costs in these cases.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
P.O. Box Delivery
We can ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States via USPS. International P.O. Box delivery is not available.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulatory restrictions, we are not able to ship to certain countries. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact our support team before placing your order.
